You may either order items through our website or by one of the following methods:

We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express. All credit card details are securely encrypted before transmission over the internet. Shopping online with The Chocolate Elephant is therefore not only more convenient, but it is also safe and secure. Cheques should be made payable to The Chocolate Elephant.
All prices are quoted in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. The Chocolate Elephant reserves the right to change prices without prior notice owing to supplier price changes.
For all UK addresses there is a standard postage and packing charge of £5 regardless of the size of the order, and all orders will be despatched via Royal Mail second class service. An alternative shipping method may be requested but this may attract a higher postage and packing charge.
We will make every effort to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, although please allow extra time during the Christmas period or over bank holidays. If any of the items you have ordered are not in stock we will email you with an expected delivery time. If at this time you choose not to continue with your order, we will refund you in full.
As an environmentally conscious company we like to recycle our packaging materials. Please do not be offended if the outside of your parcel is not as perfect as you might expect. It’s the inside that counts!
We want you to be delighted with anything you buy from us. If however you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within seven days. You will receive a replacement or if you prefer, a full refund upon return of the goods, subject to them being returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Delivery charges for returned goods will not be refunded, except in cases where goods are faulty or have been sent in error. Please obtain a certificate of posting (available free from the Post Office) when returning unwanted goods to us, and retain it for your reference. The Chocolate Elephant cannot be held responsible for the loss of any items in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Even though you will have already notified us, please enclose a letter providing the reason for the return and your name, address and contact details, so that we can process it as quickly as possible.
